Chris Cakes, a company with a long history of providing fun, entertaining events to over 100,000 people every year is looking to add new team members! We are very excited about the possibilities for this position. We are a fast paced, quick moving company that has been in business since 1969. We are experiencing tremendous growth and are looking for professional people with a great work ethic to come on board and help build Chris Cakes. Training! We will provide an intense but informative training regimen that helps get you started and teaches you the Chris Cakes methods. You will then shadow other experienced Event Specialists who will train you on the day to day operations. Once you have made it through, we will assist and facilitate you to make sure you successfully transition to handling events on your own.

Event Specialists are literally in charge of an event. They control all aspects from loading vehicles to cooking the food. We wash a lot of dishes here at Chris Cakes and that is also a part of the job description (don’t worry, we have commercial machines to help!) You are in charge of delivering a top notch customer experience. We only allow the best to work here. If you even question your ability to make people smile and work in a fast paced, somewhat hectic environment then please do not apply.

The right person will be able to physically lift at least 60lbs, get out of bed at 3am on a regular basis and also remain amazingly happy doing it! We work 7 days a week, 364 days per year. We do drug test. We do train. We do require a clean driving record. We also pay amazingly well for the hours worked. This position starts out at part time however it will transition to full time as the work comes available. We work around all schedules (such as college or a fireman’s schedule, personal trainers, etc) but we are really looking for someone who will pay their dues (with work, not money) and bring great value to the organization. There is tremendous room for advancement in our organization.
